- Not recommended for children under 3 years old.
- The maximum capacity is 30 people on the boat. However, the actual number of travelers on the boat may be less, subject to number of confirmed bookings.
- Notable rules at Maya Bay include no swimming and no use of drones without permission.
- Maya Bay is temporarily closed annually from August to September for conservation and restoration, as officially announced by the Department of National Parks, Wildlife and Plant Conservation.
- The pick-up time will be confirmed by email one day in advance.
