Please note that the tour can take up to 1 hour from check-in to return. Duration may vary based on weather and group size.

  • Know Before You Go: Check - in time is 30 minutes before your reservation time. We will board the boat 5 mins prior to reservation time. There will be NO REFUND if you miss the boat

  • Know Before You Go: Rescheduling of any portion of your party will result in a $25 per person.

  • Know Before You Go: Pregnant women are unable to fly. Children must be at least 5 years old to participate in parasailing and must weigh a minimum of 50 pounds.

  • Know Before You Go: We require a minimum passenger weight of 50 lbs and a maximum weight in the parachute of 450 lbs

  • Know Before You Go: For the safety of all participants, we strictly prohibit intoxicated or under the influence guests and reserve the right to deny service at the captain's discretion

  • Know Before You Go: Cancellation Policy: Reservations cancelled outside of 24 hours will receive a refund of the ticket price. Within 24 hours, tickets are Non refundable, including ticket surcharge
