Begin your day on the calm, glassy waters of the Choctawhatchee Bay with a scenic 3-hour voyage aboard the Crab Island Explorer. This relaxed morning trip offers a peaceful way to see Destin from the water — perfect for early risers, families, or anyone who loves starting the day surrounded by sunshine and sea air.

Your captain and crew will greet you on the dock and share a short safety talk before guiding the boat across the Choctawhatchee Bay towards Crab Island. The morning light creates incredible views of the coastline and often brings encounters with playful dolphins, pelicans, and other marine life.

When you arrive at Crab Island, you’ll anchor in the clear, shallow water where you can float, swim, or paddleboard at your own pace. Morning hours are calm and crowd-free, giving you more space to explore and unwind. Enjoy the gentle music, peaceful atmosphere, and the chance to see Destin’s favorite sandbar before the day gets busy.

Bring your own snacks and drinks (no glass) or purchase light refreshments onboard. The crew is always nearby to assist with gear, share local insights, or snap a great photo of your group enjoying the morning sun.
