Begin your adventure with a picturesque drive along one of the West's most scenic highways, setting the stage for a day of exhilarating rafting on the Colorado River. This river stretch, famous for its cinematic landscapes, offers a mix of mild rapids like Onion Creek and Whites Rapid, interspersed with peaceful stretches perfect for a cooling swim.

Midway, you’ll stop at a riverside ranch exclusive to Moab Adventure Center guests. Here, enjoy a hot BBQ lunch buffet under the shade of the pavilion. Choose from freshly-grilled burgers, chicken, hot dogs, or veggie patties, complemented by side salads, giant cookies, lemonade, and iced tea.

Choose your rafting style with two available options: participatory paddle rafts or more adventurous 2-person inflatable kayaks, depending on weather and river conditions. After lunch, continue your journey downriver, facing White's Rapid shortly after resuming. The tour concludes with a return drive, dropping you off at the starting point, full of memories and thrilling experiences.

  • Know Before You Go: All guests will be required to wear one of our US Coast Guard approved whitewater life jacket at all times while on the water. To fit into this life jacket, all guests must meet the following requirements:

  • Know Before You Go: At least 5 years old AND at least 50 pounds

  • Know Before You Go: Chest size under 52 inches

  • Know Before You Go: Total duration is 7HRS (including transfers)

  • Know Before You Go: Time on water - 5.5HRS (varies based on water levels)
