Set sail on a one-of-a-kind sunset dinner cruise! Relish locally inspired cuisine paired with stunning views of Château Frontenac, Old Québec, and Montmorency Falls, all while enjoying a gourmet 3 or 5-course meal crafted by our executive chef.

Afterward, dance to the latest hits with a DJ or relax on the upper deck with views of Old Québec, Île d'Orléans, and the Québec and Pierre-Laporte bridges as night falls before returning to dock at the illuminated city.

Bistronomic meal: Savour a delicious 3 or 5-course menu inspired by local ingredients and prepared onboard by our executive chef.

Sample bistronomic menu (subject to seasonal changes):

- Amuse-bouche: Shrimp and mackerel smoked with pepper from Fumoir d’Antan, raspberry extract and honey pearls
- Appetizer: Guinea fowl confit salad with black garlic honey–infused pearl barley, quail egg, ground cherry and ice cider vinaigrette
- Prelude: Wapiti terrine with wild blueberry chutney from Lac-Saint-Jean
- Main (choice of):
Chicken supreme, duck demi-glace sauce and cardamom-infused pear confit
Grilled Atlantic salmon steak, mustard sauce with roasted garlic and white balsamic
Beef cheek slowly braised for 14 hours, jus infused with fresh thyme and Québec dune pepper
Canadian beef tenderloin, boreal pimbina berry and red wine reduction*

Served with seasonal vegetables and potato gratin
*Valid with the Red Carpet option. The tenderloin also includes an Atlantic lobster tail with garlic flower clarified butter as a side.

- Dessert: Chocolate mousse dome, caramel eruption, raspberry custard and Mélilot
- Beverages: Coffee, tea, and a wide selection of drinks available.

Red Carpet Option: Upgrade to our Red Carpet option and enjoy priority boarding, a specially reserved table, our filet mignon as a main course option and a lobster tail as a side with any dish. Savour a welcome cocktail, a bottle of wine for two, and a digestif to complete your night.
