Informations sur le produit

Day 1:

Start your adventure with a morning departure from Yorkdale TTC passenger pick-up. Make a quick pit stop in Gravenhurst to stock up on food and enjoy this Northern Muskoka town.

Drive up Lions Lookout for a view of Huntsville, then enjoy some free time in the town. Depart for Algonquin Park and head to Canoe Lake, where you’ll have some free time to go canoeing.

Check in and set up camp at the Whitefish Campground. In the evening, hike the Lookout Trail, a 1.9 km moderate hiking trail. Then, hike the Spruce Bog Boardwalk before heading back to camp.

Enjoy an evening meal around the campfire, and spend the night stargazing (if the skies cooperate).

Day 2:

Wake up for a campfire breakfast, then hike the Track and Tower Trail, a difficult 7.5 km trail. If you’re not a hiker, you’re welcome to stay at the campsite to sleep, walk, or enjoy some free time.

Have lunch at the Lake of Two Rivers Grill (not included), which has a full kitchen making comfort food. Pack up the camp gear and check out.

Visit the Algonquin Visitor Center, which has exhibitions, a theater, a shop, and more. Explore the new Fork Lake Trail, a 2.4 km loop trail accessed from the Visitor Center parking lot. Rated as difficult due to short, steep climbs, it showcases the major habitats of Algonquin Park.

Depart from Algonquin Park and stop at Webers, a classic burger joint serving charcoal barbecued burgers. Return to Toronto in the evening.
