- Ticket collection begins 1 hour before the performance. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time.
- This performance is open to audiences aged 7 and above (born in 2019 or earlier). Valid identification, such as a passport, may be required for age verification.
- Late admission is permitted only at designated times, and your original seat may not be guaranteed.
- There is no intermission, and re-entry is not permitted after leaving the auditorium during the performance.
- Photography, video recording, and audio recording are prohibited during the performance, except during the curtain call.
- Food and drinks are not allowed inside the auditorium.
- No on-site parking is available. Public transportation is strongly recommended.
- Tickets cannot be reissued if lost, damaged, or defaced.
