Purchase Notice
Questions regarding reservations:
- Question 1: If you are renting a wetsuit (free of charge), please tell us your height and weight. We recommend wearing a wetsuit in April, May, June, October, and November.
Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- ・The tour will be held even in rainy weather. ・In case of severe weather such as a typhoon, we will contact you by phone or email by 9 PM the day before.If you do not receive a call, the tour will be held, so please make your preparations accordingly.However, due to dam releases, the tour may be suddenly canceled or interrupted even if you have come.Please understand that decisions may be made at the last minute due to the regulations for using Lake Tanzawa.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- • Children aged 5 and up are welcome. Children up to the lower elementary school grades can share a ride with an adult, so please select that option. • Please note that those who are intoxicated, drunk, or hungover on the day of the tour, as well as pregnant women, will not be allowed to participate.
Other special notes:
- • There is no shower, but you can easily wash off dirt with water. Also, during colder months, we will bring bottled hot water for your convenience. • If you choose to pay on-site, payment will be by cash only. Please be prepared.

Reminders
Ages of participation: 5 to 100 years old
Clothing and belongings: Please wear clothes that can get wet (you are highly likely to get wet! Please wear a swimsuit or rash guard). Wetsuits are available for rent during colder months. Drinks (you can bring bottled drinks on the SUP), towel, sun protection (hat, etc.), sandals that can get wet, a change of clothes (don't forget your underwear), and a glasses strap (if you wear glasses on the tour).
Regarding rental equipment: Free wetsuit rental (We recommend renting during the colder months of April, May, June, October, and November. Please let us know your height and weight if you wish to rent one.) *Since the wetsuit is sleeveless, your arms will be exposed. Please bring a short-sleeved shirt or rash guard that you don't mind getting wet.
Duration comment: 2.5 hours (15 minutes for safety explanation, approximately 1 hour 45 minutes for the experience)

We will come to pick you up in front of the vending machine at the meeting time holding a Leang sup sign.
Also, we do not offer pick-up services.
Please use the bus that runs from the nearest Yaga Station to Lake Tanzawa.
*We will contact you if the meeting point changes due to water levels.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
