The KUZA day pass is your all-inclusive ticket to Cozumel's largest private beachfront.   • Please refer to your voucher for final information regarding meeting points, pick-up locations, and pick-up time

  • Round Trip transportation Hotels/Playa del Carmen + Round trip Ferry tickets available for an extra charge of 50 usd or 800 mxn pesos per person to be paid at check in

  • No shows: 20 usd or 350 mxn per person

  • Children age from 5 to 11 years old

  • Infants aged 1 to 4 years are free of charge on all Kuzá products. One infant is allowed free of charge per paying adult

  • Lounge chairs, hammocks, and shaded seating are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Activities and entertainment offerings vary by day and are weather-dependent. Water clarity and seaweed conditions may change seasonally, and some beach areas may include rocky terrain—water shoes are recommended

  • With the El Cielo Adventure tour option there's a catamaran cruise included

  • Catamaran boarding: due to the nature of this new vessel, boarding is carried out from the beach by walking a few steps through the water to reach the boat

  • Children must be supervised by an adult (over 18 years) at all time

  • Bring a towel

  • Bring a hat

  • Bring suitable footwear
