The experience begins with you participating in the preparation of the Pachamanca, offering an insight into its rich history and cultural significance.

The menu boasts a variety of meats including chicken, pork, and lamb, accompanied by Andean potatoes and sweet potatoes. Complement your meal with organic vegetables, homemade salad, traditional sauces, and a refreshing purple corn drink known as "chicha morada".
