Enjoy this introductory Muay Thai session in Pattaya and don't worry it is your first attempt. This experience is a perfect choice for beginners, and both men and women are welcome, making this a fun family activity.

Many call Muay Thai 'The Art of Eight Limbs', which commonly combines elbows, fists, knees, and shins. There are various clinching techniques that you can practice with a personal instructor for every 3 participants.

Get handy tips and tricks from your professional instructor who will guide you through the entire duration of the class. Once you understand basic Muay Thai, your trainer will become your boxing partner to help you improve your technique.

  • Meeting point description: The lesson takes place at Sudsakorn Muay Thai Gym in Pattaya. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the activity starts.(Sudsakorn Muay Thai Gym, Pattaya City, Bang Lamung District, Chon Buri, Thailand)

  • Not allowed:Children under 5 years old

  • Know in advance:There's a private professional instructor for every 3 participants
