PICKUP INFO & WAITING TIME POLICIES

Service Area: Complimentary door-to-door pickup and drop-off is included for hotels located within central Sapa town. Extra fees may apply for areas outside the central district (please contact support to verify).

Pickup Guide: Please be ready and waiting at your hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time.

Driver Waiting Time Policy (Strictly Enforced): To ensure a smooth schedule, the driver will wait for a maximum of 1 hour from the agreed pickup time. Exceeding this waiting window without notice will result in automatic cancellation with a strict non-refundable policy.

Overtime Fee Regulations: If you wish to extend your journey beyond the designated 8 hours, overtime is permitted for up to 1 additional hour. The applicable surcharge is VND 200,000/hour, which must be payable directly in cash to your driver.
