Learn about the Iroquois Confederacy and European impacts while driving towards Stony Man Mountain, ideal for family hikes. Then, follow the educational Limberlost Trail.

Enjoy the sunset at Crescent Rock Overlook, and uncover the park’s creation story linked to the Great Depression at various scenic points. Dive into Elkton’s history at Point Overlook, tackle the challenging Bearfence Mountain Trail, and witness the 83-foot South River Falls. Continue to Blackrock Summit for a taste of the Appalachian Trail and end your journey at Calf Mountain Overlook, with a final scenic stop at Rockfish Gap.
