Meeting point description: Pick-up is available from hotels in the Riviera Maya. After booking, the local operator will contact you using the contact information provided at checkout to arrange the pick-up service. If your hotel is outside the coverage area, an alternative meeting location will be arranged as close as possible to your hotel.

Extra fees to be paid on-site:By government order, in case you want to enter the archaeological site with mobile devices (GoPro, professional camera, selfie stick, and drones), you must pay an additional fee of 50 Mexican pesos per device at the ticket office

Admission fees to the archaeological site (41 USD) are not included in the price

Cost of the life vest for visiting the cenote (mandatory for safety reasons)

For safety reasons, all infants are required to travel in an approved child restraint system while on the bus. The local supplier does not provide child safety seats, so customers must bring their own. As the child restraint system occupies a seat, a USD 15 fee will be charged to reserve and guarantee a seat on the bus

Remember to bring:Mexican nationals are eligible for a discount on the archaeological site tax upon presentation of a valid ID on the day of the tour. The discount will not be applicable without the official identification
