First, you need to book the experience. After booking, you'll receive a separate email with the exact meeting point. Head there during the opening hours and a friendly staff member will greet you on the spot.

Then drop off your luggage. Show your ID or confirmation email to the staff, and they'll securely store your luggage for the day.

Lastly, pick up your luggage. When you're ready to collect your bags, return to the same location within the operating hours. Present your ID or email, and the staff will swiftly return your belongings.
