Embark on an unforgettable trip to Athabasca Falls and admire the breathtaking view.

The destination is only a 30-minute bus ride from the city, and once you arrive you will receive your wetsuit and participate in the classic safety talk. Then, you will face the first series of rapids in the main current, one a few seconds away from the other. Be prepared to get wet and face the next set of rapids.

For about 30 minutes you'll show off your skills, and then you'll reach the end of the canyon with a spectacular view of the Athabasca River Valley.

  • Meeting point description: Please arrive 15 minutes early. The RV Parking Lot is located next to the Jasper Home Building Center (706 Sleepy Hollow Road), and is directly across the railway tracks from the set of traffic lights at the intersection of Connaught Drive and Hazel Avenue.(RV Parking Lot, Jasper, AB T0E 1E0, Canada)

  • Wear a swimsuit, t-shirt and shorts or clothing you don’t mind getting wet

  • Bring a towel and dry clothing for the end of the tripRaft at your own risk

  • White water rafting includes an element of risk and all participants must sign a waiver
