Lastly, pick up your luggage. When you're ready to retrieve your belongings, return to the same location within the operating hours. Show your ID or confirmation email, and your luggage will be swiftly returned to you.

  • Please refer to your voucher for final information regarding meeting points, pick-up locations, and pick-up time

  • Meeting point description: After booking, you'll receive a separate email from the activity provider with the exact drop-off location. Just take your bags to the reception there. The location will always be the same or very close to the meeting point address.(Niederdorfstrasse 74, 8001 Zürich, Switzerland)

  • Know in advance:You need to book a ticket for each piece of luggage (for example, if you are 1 person and want to store 3 bags, please select 3 adult tickets)
