Along the way, explore the curious ruins of the Azuaje Spa, hidden deep within the ravine, a haunting reminder of the island's storied past. The tour then leads to Ecofinca Ventana Verde, a model of sustainable farming, where you’ll savor organic local produce and gain insight into eco-friendly agricultural practices.
