- You may be on a tour with other customers, so we appreciate your cooperation.
- If work or other activities are being carried out inside the building on the day of your reservation, the tour course may be partially changed.
- You can reach the observation deck by escalator. For visitors using wheelchairs, the escalator will be switched to wheelchair-accessible mode to take them up to the observation deck.
