Discover the stunning Valley of the Temples in Agrigento, one of the world's most extraordinary archaeological sites, on this tour at sunset. Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1997, the amazing Valley stretches across a plateau a short distance from the sea and boasts an excellent state of preservation, housing important Doric temples dating back to the Hellenic period.

There were originally eleven temples, and you can still admire the remains of five of them with a local guide. You'll start your journey through time from the majestic Temple of Hera, going on to the remains of the early Christian Necropolis and then proceeding to the Temple of Concord, the Temple of Heracles, and the remains of the Temple of Zeus.

Don't miss the opportunity to admire the majesty and grandeur of this historic site at sunset, when the magic begins and the beauty of the temples intensifies, offering a unique and breathtaking view.

  • Meeting point description: Meet your tour guide under the olive tree in front of the lemonade stand, located at the entrance to the Temple of Juno.   • Comfortable shoes and clothes are recommended

  • The tour ends at the Temple of Olympian Zeus. From there, you can return to the original meeting point or head to Exit V, located on the opposite side of the meeting point. The estimated walking time is about 20 minutes
