Big Bus tour of Paris

Meeting point description: Redeem your voucher at the Big Bus information center, 11 avenue de l’Opéra 75001 Paris, or with the operator's staff at any of the Big Bus stops. The cruise ticket must be redeemed by submitting the printed ticket you will receive from a Big Bus team member when purchasing/redeeming your bus ticket. Bateaux Parisiens, Portde la Bourdonnais, 75007 Paris, will issue a cruise ticket after receiving this. The cruise departs exclusively from the Eiffel Tower, the nearest Big Bus stop is number 8.

Please note, you can choose between the 24-hour ticket option and the 24-hour + cruise ticket option

Children under 4 can travel on the bus for free

Recorded commentary on the bus available in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Brazilian - Portuguese

Your voucher is valid for 180 days from the date of purchase

If you chose the 24-hour+cruise ticket option, on the river cruise along the Seine individual audio guides are available, also via smartphone, in 14 languages, with special comments for children (8 to 14 years old)

Strollers and pushchairs must be folded and stowed on the lower deck

If unexpected closures due to special events or extreme weather conditions arise, information will be published on the local provider's platform

You are not allowed to carry or consume alcohol. However, water and other soft drinks are allowed on the bus

A third of the Big Bus fleet has wheelchair access on the lower deck. Please contact the local provider for further information to have the list of the wheelchair accessible fleet on your day of travel
