Purchase Notice
- When placing your order, please specify your travel dates and times, number of people, amount of luggage, route to attractions, and any other special requirements. Our customer service staff will contact you after receiving your order to provide consultation and a quote.
- Confirming a customized route takes time (at least 1 to 5 days depending on the season) to dispatch a vehicle for you. Please inquire as soon as possible to ensure a vehicle can be reserved for you.
- After confirming the route and price, please place your order for the customized plan within the time specified by customer service; otherwise, the quote will be considered invalid.
- If you require a multi-day private tour and the driver needs to stay overnight in another location, you will need to pay the driver's overnight fee on the day of departure. The fee will vary depending on the season and region, and is estimated to be around NZ$600 per day. Please refer to the quotation for the exact amount.

Overtime charges
For any overtime use of the vehicle, the following fees will apply: Comfort 7-seater: NZ$120 per hour; Luxury 7-seater: NZ$150 per hour; 12-seater: NZ$220 per hour.
Reminders
A minimum of 1 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 3 day(s) before the departure date
In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund for you

Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation!
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
