If the person boarding at the scene does not match the person filled in when purchasing the ticket (such as arbitrarily transferring the ticket or filling in false information), they will be unable to board and will not be refunded. Please be aware of this.

For safety reasons, pets are not allowed on board. Passengers must be 4 years of age or older, and children under the age of elementary school must be accompanied by a ticketed adult. Those who do not meet the requirements will not be allowed to board. Please take note.

If the number of passengers on a cruise is less than 3, the cruise will not depart, and you will be notified no later than 2 days before departure.

Weather and sea conditions may lead to the cancellation of sailings.

If the voyage cannot proceed due to force majeure events such as unfavorable weather conditions or a forecast of wave height exceeding 1 meter within 3 days, the voyage will be cancelled via order notification and a full refund of the package ticket will be issued.

Wear comfortable clothing, and choose shoes that fully cover your toes. Avoid wearing slippers and high heels.

On the day of boarding, please be sure to bring your identification document (ID card, health insurance card, driver's license, passport, or any one of these; foreign traveler's residence permit or passport) for inspection by the shore patrol personnel before boarding.

Those prone to seasickness may take seasickness medication half an hour before boarding (seasickness medication is not provided; please prepare your own if needed).

This event will be filmed and documented by staff. By registering, participants agree that the National Museum of Marine Science and Technology may publish their photos, names, and works on the museum's social media, news media, and results reports for necessary publicity purposes, and have the right to modify, edit, reproduce, publish, and use them for non-profit purposes.

During holidays, traffic is congested. Please make use of public transportation systems or park at the Haiju Parking Lot and Tiao He Street Interchange.
