- This card can be recharged and used repeatedly. This card is anonymous, cannot be reported lost, cannot be withdrawn, and cannot be refunded or exchanged after it is issued. The maximum stored value in the electronic wallet on the card is 1,000 yuan.
- If your card balance is insufficient, you can top up at City Pass self-operated outlets (see attachment for details), manual/self-service machines in rail transit stations, or download the "Yu Tong Xing" APP and top up via NFC card tapping.
- Customized cards are anonymous and cannot be reported lost. If the card cannot be used normally, the cardholder can contact the City Pass Card customer service hotline: 95105111 for consultation and to handle the matter according to their relevant service rules. Please keep the card safe, as the card number on the card is the unique identification standard for our company to handle various transactions.
