360 CHICAGO's concourse level includes an interactive exhibit highlighting the history of Chicago and the vibrant cultures and businesses across Chicago neighborhoods. Get inspired to explore Chicago, and it's 77 neighborhoods, as you navigate City of Neighborhoods and City the Beautiful.

Travel to the 94th floor in 40-seconds on one of North America's fastest lifts and step foot onto the observation deck to experience what '"Travel & Leisure Magazine" voted one of the best views in America.

Experience 360 CHICAGO Observation Deck with panoramic views of the city, lakefront, and four neighboring states, you can download the Magnicity App for a guided tour right from your smartphone. The app includes unique facts, stories, and recommendations to further enjoy Chicago.

TILT offers thrill-seekers the chance to see Chicago from a one-of-a-kind view. Step onto TILT and peer out of the building through floor to ceiling windows at a 30-degree angle, 1,000 feet above Michigan Ave. Finally, the CloudBar serves up iconic Chicago snacks, like Garrett's popcorn, and neighborhood-inspired cocktails and local breweries.

You can choose between the following options:


- General Entry Ticket: Allows you to skip the ticket desk and head directly to the security check point
- Fast Pass Ticket: Allows you an expedited entry to the Observation Deck

  • Please refer to your voucher for final information regarding meeting points, pick-up locations, and pick-up time

  • Meeting point description: The entrance can be found in the lower concourse. Please walk down the steps on Michigan Ave to through the door on Delaware and down the escalator or elevator. Please arrive within a 30 minute window of your scheduled time ticket.(875 North Michigan Avenue, 94th Floor Chicago, IL 60611)

  • Extra fees to be paid on-site:TILT admission is not included in your ticket, and can be purchased on location for $15-$18

  • Know in advance:Your ticket entitles you to a one time visit of the Observation Deck

  • Explore the newly renovated concourse

  • Enjoy art in the Cloud Walk by local artists

  • Please note that 360 CHICAGO will not issue refunds for low visibility and, or circumstances outside the attraction's control

  • Last entry is 1 hour prior to closing
