- Experience SUP in a clear lake surrounded by nature at Koyama Dam Lake, the largest in Ibaraki Prefecture. We will guide you through a water walk on the magnificent and tranquil Koyama Lake in northern Ibaraki. In summer, we take our time to enjoy water play in the lake pool as much as time allows. In autumn, you can enjoy the dynamic beauty of the autumn leaves from the surface of the lake. Adjacent to glamping facilities, you can enjoy a full day here; please use our BBQ and glamping accommodations to create lasting memories. A time to listen to the sounds of nature and calm your mind. Our staff provides guidance with accurate knowledge and experience regarding safety. We also have a wide selection of rental shoes for waterside activities. We are also equipped for inbound tourists, so please feel free to contact us. *The Hagi Village store also operates a summer pool and campsite. After your activity, you can enjoy camping, BBQ, and hot spring facilities located about 15 minutes away by car. Please feel free to contact us.

- We welcome beginners to our kayak, SUP, and boat cruise tour activities. This is a SUP experience tour on a very quiet lake deep in the mountains. It includes an initial training lecture that even beginners can participate in, so please feel free to join. Rentals such as water shoes are available.

Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- The event will proceed rain or shine, but will be canceled if severe weather such as typhoons or storms is expected. Since it can be difficult to make a decision based on severe weather forecasts, please check closer to your event date.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- *Participants must be 12 years of age or older.

- If you do not receive a confirmation of your reservation from us within 12 hours of submitting your request, please contact us by phone. We are available by phone from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Includes/Excludes
- Tour fee, activity equipment (helmet, life jacket, hip pad, wetsuit, water shoes - sizes up to 28cm available)
- Towel for changing clothes after the experience Eyeglass straps: ¥400 and up, insect repellent: ¥500. We do not have water shoes larger than 28cm, so please be sure to bring your own aqua shoes or old sneakers.
Reminders
Ages of participation: 12 to 65 years old
Regarding clothing and belongings: Please bring a towel to use when changing clothes after the experience. For women, wearing a swimsuit under your wetsuit is recommended for easier changing. Regarding shoes: We do not provide shoes larger than size 28cm that can get wet. Please bring your own athletic shoes or aqua shoes that can get wet.
Regarding rental equipment: We provide all the necessary equipment for the experience.
Duration comment: The tour, from registration to completion, takes approximately two and a half hours. The morning session starts at 9:30 AM. The afternoon session starts at 1:30 PM. Changing rooms and restrooms are available at the reception office. There is also a cafe next door, so please arrive early to prepare.

*Reception begins 10 minutes before the scheduled time. We cannot wait for those arriving right at the start time.
If you are going to be late, please call us 2 hours before the reception time. We try to accommodate based on reservation status, but we cannot guarantee support during weekends or peak summer seasons due to crowding.

* By car: Approximately 15 minutes from Takahagi Interchange on the Joban Expressway to Koyama Dam Lake. Please aim for Koyama Dam Lake.
* By train: Approximately 30 minutes by taxi from Takahagi Station on the Joban Line.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 3 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
