Regarding tour cancellation:

• If we determine that waves or wind exceed our safety standards due to bad weather, the tour will be canceled for your safety. As soon as a cancellation is decided, we will contact you promptly to discuss rescheduling or changing to another plan. In the event of a tour cancellation, the full tour fee will be refunded.

Notes for participation:

• ・Meeting/Contact: Since the location and time may change depending on sea conditions, the shop will contact you with details the day before. Please be sure to check. ・Rentals: Masks, fins, and life jackets are free. Prescription masks and winter wetsuits can be rented on the day for 1,000 JPY (tax included) each. ・Rainy weather: Tours will proceed in the rain as the underwater view remains beautiful. However, if safety cannot be ensured due to strong winds or high waves, the tour will be canceled. ・Clothing/Preparation: Please wear your swimsuit beforehand and arrive in clothes that can get wet. Please use the restroom before joining the tour. ・Changing rooms/Restrooms: There are no changing rooms or restrooms on-site. Please arrive wearing your swimsuit. Please bring a large towel to prepare for sitting in a vehicle while wet. ・Lateness/Absence: Please contact us in advance if you are going to be late. ・Meeting point: We meet on-site. Please note that a separate parking fee (approx. 1,000 JPY) is required as we use a maintained beach. ・Encounter rate: As these are wild animals, we cannot guarantee a 100% encounter rate with sea turtles. Our skilled guides will search with all their might to provide you with the best experience!

• 【Important: Who cannot participate】 To ensure your safety, we strictly refuse participation to those who fall under the following categories. If discovered on the day, participation will be refused for safety management reasons, and a specified cancellation fee will be charged. Outside target age: Under 3 years old and 66 years old or older. (This is a restriction based on safety standards.) Pregnant individuals: Regardless of the stage of pregnancy, you cannot participate due to potential accidents or the effects of water pressure. Intoxicated/Hungover individuals: Underwater activities while under the influence of alcohol are extremely dangerous and strictly prohibited. Individuals with specific medical conditions: Those who have or are suspected of having epilepsy, severe asthma, heart disease, respiratory disease, diabetes, or mental illness. 【Notes on health conditions】 Please be sure to provide details when booking if you are currently visiting a hospital or taking regular medication. Those who have experienced major injuries or surgeries (lungs, ears, heart, etc.) in the past may require a doctor's medical certificate. Please inquire in advance. 【Safety and Etiquette】 No contact with wild animals: Touching, chasing, or obstructing the path of sea turtles is prohibited. Follow guide instructions: Please follow the guide's instructions at sea to ensure safety. If you do not comply, the tour may be terminated immediately.
