Regarding the cancellation of the event:

• If the tour is canceled due to weather conditions, no cancellation fees will be charged.

Important notes regarding course participation:

• If we determine that a barbecue cannot be held due to weather conditions, no cancellation fee will be charged. We take great care to maintain the quality and safety of the meat ingredients we handle at our facility. While we take the utmost care to provide safe ingredients, we ask that our customers also pay close attention to the following points. Please be especially careful not to leave raw meat ingredients outside, especially during the summer months. Please consume ingredients as soon as possible. Taking leftover ingredients home on the same day can be dangerous depending on how they were kept cool by previous customers. Please ensure ingredients are thoroughly cooked before consumption. Always use cooking tongs when grilling ingredients. It is safest not to use chopsticks that have come into direct contact with your mouth when preparing food. (For example, meat reaches a temperature of 75 degrees Celsius or higher for at least one minute to kill bacteria. One way bacteria enter the mouth during yakiniku or barbecue is by putting chopsticks that have touched raw meat into your mouth. Please also be careful with vegetables and seafood.)
