A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 14 day(s) before the departure date
Children aged 2 and under can participate for free. (However, drinks and meals will not be provided.) Please be sure to inform us of the number of children when making your reservation.
Children aged 3 to 15 are eligible for the child rate. Participation is possible with parental supervision. Children paying the child rate are requested to bring their passport for age verification (as age verification may be required when using public transportation).
Please note that the tour itinerary and content may be subject to change due to weather conditions, traffic conditions, events, or other circumstances.
The event will proceed rain or shine (please bring an umbrella).
Please note that we do not provide pick-up or drop-off services from your hotel.
We recommend that you wear comfortable walking shoes.
For dinner at the pub, you can choose from five main courses (steak, fish, chicken, pasta, etc.). Children's meals are the same as adults'.
Tour commemorative photos will be delivered as digital data. We will send them via AIRDROP, LINE, or email.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 15 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 14 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
