Important Information

All visitors must pass through mandatory security checks, including metal detectors, before entering St. Peter’s Basilica. These controls are managed exclusively by Vatican authorities and cannot be bypassed under any circumstances.

As a result, waiting times may occur and can vary depending on seasonality, crowd levels, and any religious ceremonies or special events taking place inside the Basilica.

The total duration of the experience is therefore directly dependent on the time required to pass security checks, which are entirely outside the control of our agency.
