- The Charm of the Toba Minato Festival -
Beloved as a summer tradition in Toba City, Mie Prefecture, the Toba Minato Festival is a historic event that will celebrate its 71st anniversary in 2026.
The main highlight is the spectacular fireworks display held over the waters of Toba Bay. Thousands of fireworks launched from barges at close range brilliantly illuminate both the night sky and the sea.
A must-see is the underwater fireworks, created by artisans who know the Toba sea inside and out, which bloom right on the water surface.
The explosive sounds echoing directly from the water surface offer a 'visceral impact' that is quite different from aerial fireworks. Experience the dance of light spreading in a fan shape and the magical glow reflecting on the sea with your whole body.
The exclusive area for this ticket is a prime seat where you can experience these powerful launches up close.
There are tourist facilities and souvenir shops around the venue, as well as lively local stalls, so you can fully enjoy the charm of Toba while waiting for the show to begin. Spend a memorable and moving moment while feeling the pleasant sea breeze.

① Reserved Seating: Image of chair seating along the embankment: Since your seat is assigned, you don't need to worry about finding a spot and can enjoy the fireworks display at your leisure.
② Reserved Seats - Image of the seats on the stairs: These seats are one level higher than the seats on the embankment, and offer the best view of the fireworks.

④ Non-Reserved seating (Seagull Promenade image): There are no chairs, so it is recommended for families with small children or large groups.

On the day of the event, please present one ticket per person to the on-site staff. Since the venue's internet connection may be unstable on the day, please prepare in advance by either saving a screenshot or printing it out.

[Regarding reserved seats]
The voucher containing your seat number will be sent to you by email between July 21st (Tue) and 23rd (Thu).
・Seating will be assigned in the order of application after sales end. If you purchase tickets for multiple people with the same reservation number, we will do our best to seat you together. However, since seating is assigned in the order of application, your seats may be separated depending on the circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.
We do not accept requests for specific seat numbers.
・Please note that if you and your friends have separate reservation numbers, we cannot accommodate requests to seat you next to each other. If you wish to sit together, please cancel your current reservation and purchase tickets together under a single reservation number.
[Regarding cancellations]
・Bulk Cancellation: Cancellations are processed on a per-payment basis. Please note that if you purchase multiple items together, you cannot cancel only a portion of them; the entire order will be cancelled.
・Procedure: If you wish to cancel, please do so through your own "KKday" My Page screen.

*However, we cannot issue refunds to customers who purchased on July 24th.
[Regarding registration and admission]
・Registration begins: Registration for reserved seats, photographer seats, and wheelchair seats will begin at 4:30 PM on the day of the event at "Dolphin Square," and registration for Seagull Promenade seats (non-reserved seating) will begin at Seagull Promenade. Please receive your wristband.
After receiving your wristband, the venue will open at 17:00 on the day of the event.
・Entry method: Please present the QR code (or a printed copy) at the reception. You will be given a wristband in exchange, which will allow you to re-enter the venue.
• Preschool children: One child per ticket is admitted free of charge. If reserved seating is available, please have your child sit on your lap.
[Requests for Viewing]
・Seated viewing: Please be sure to remain seated during the fireworks display (20:00-20:45).
• Self-management: Please be responsible for securing your seat and managing your personal belongings when you leave your seat.
[Response in case of postponement or cancellation]
・In case of severe weather: If there is severe weather on Friday, July 24th, the fireworks display will be postponed to Saturday, July 25th.
・If the event is postponed to the following day: You can enter with your existing ticket. If you are unable to attend, please request a cancellation yourself through the inquiry form on your KKday My Page (please note that a 100% cancellation fee will apply).
・In case of cancellation: The event will be postponed to the following day, and if it cannot be held on that day as well, it will be cancelled. All tickets will be refunded.

Information on what to bring and what to wear
Please bring a light jacket or shawl: It can get chilly at night as it is a beach location. Please wear clothing that allows you to adjust your body temperature.
Rain gear (raincoat): We recommend bringing rain gear in case of sudden rain. Please refrain from using umbrellas in the viewing area as they may obstruct the view of others.
Insect repellent and disinfectant supplies: Since the event will be held outdoors, it is recommended to bring insect repellent spray and disinfectant wipes, which are convenient when eating and drinking at food stalls.
Mobile battery: Battery drain is expected to be rapid on the day of the event due to the frequent display of QR codes and photography on smartphones. Having a backup power source will give you peace of mind.
Comfortable walking shoes: The area around the venue will be crowded, and there will be gravel paths and uneven surfaces. We recommend wearing comfortable footwear rather than sandals.
