The 2026 FIFA World Cup (the 23rd World Cup) will be jointly hosted by the United States, Canada, and Mexico from June 11 to July 19, 2026. This will be the first time in World Cup history that it is co-hosted by three countries. The tournament will feature 48 teams and 104 matches played in 16 stadiums.

— Passenger Ticket Reservation and Viewing Process —
- Information to provide when booking: Please include the personal information of each traveler (name, mobile phone number, address) in the order.
- Real-name authentication: In May, passport information was linked through the official app to complete real-name authentication.
- Information Update: Seat numbers and other detailed viewing information will be updated via the official app one week before the match.
- Admission: Entrance is by ticket (electronic or physical) and valid identification.
After we deliver the tickets, you will immediately receive an official email titled "Transfer of Ticket(s)". You can follow the instructions in the email to receive your tickets. Here are the actual steps:
(1) Open the website: FIFA.com/tickets, scroll down to the “FIFA World Cup 26” section, and then click the “Explore details” button under “Tickets”.
(2) After entering the competition page, click the “Resell/Exchange Now” button in the “Marketplace” option.
(3) Enter your email address and password on the login page, then enter the verification code to log in.
(4) Users who have not registered can click "Sign Up" to register and then log in.
(5) Click on your name in the upper right corner of the page.
(6) You will be redirected to the homepage where you can view the tickets that have been transferred to your name. Please click the "Accept" button to complete the ticket receiving process, and click "my tickets" to view your tickets!
— Regulations and Rules —
- Users can access the ticketing page to select tickets, but placing an order does not guarantee a ticket reservation. Due to global ticket pool sharing and price fluctuations, all successfully submitted orders require secondary confirmation from the supplier (Connexus Travel Limited).
- The final order is based on the order that has received secondary confirmation. After successful secondary confirmation, the contact person's email address will receive an "Order Confirmation Notification," at which point the ticket reservation is considered successful.
- After a successful purchase, the order will be confirmed within 2 business days.
- If the second confirmation fails (including but not limited to reasons such as insufficient inventory or price changes), the order will be automatically cancelled and a refund will be issued.
- If an order cannot be confirmed, KKday will notify the customer within 2 business days.
- Cancellation of unconfirmed orders is at KKday's sole discretion.
- The total price includes all order and transaction fees.
- Once a transaction is confirmed, it cannot be refunded or changed under any circumstances.

Reminders
This event requires real-name ticket purchase for entry. Each ID can only be used for one ticket to the same event. Passengers are not allowed to use the same ID to purchase tickets for this event repeatedly through different ticketing channels. The purchaser will be solely responsible for any losses resulting from invalid orders or inability to enter the venue.
If the ticket purchase information does not match the spectator's identity information, resulting in failure of on-site identity verification and inability to enter the venue, the ticket purchaser shall bear the responsibility.

Seating for this event is randomly assigned; seat selection and changes are not supported. Priority will be given to adjacent seats within the same order. Different orders cannot be identified. Actual seating arrangements are subject to availability, but cannot be guaranteed. Tickets may have odd numbers or be for non-adjacent seats.
Users must accept the assigned seat after purchasing a ticket. Connexus Travel & KKday will not accept any cancellation, change, or refund requests arising from seat allocation.
Because participants do not have fixed positions, there may be limited "poor visibility or partial obstruction" in certain areas. To ensure a good experience for all attendees, we would like to clarify that by successfully purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept the risk of "poor visibility or partial obstruction," and we will not accept refunds, ticket exchanges, or compensation for such reasons.
By successfully purchasing your ticket, you acknowledge that the information you provided is completely accurate and that all information (including but not limited to personal information) cannot be changed after the purchase. KKday will not provide any compensation if the information provided is incorrect and results in the inability to collect the ticket.
KKday vouchers do not represent final tickets. Final tickets are issued directly by FIFA, no later than 5 days before the selected match date.
You need to download and manage your tickets through the official FIFA app. When logging into the app, you will need to provide the name and email address of each participant as filled in when purchasing the tickets.
