- This booking includes a 10% service charge. Any additional charges beyond what is included in this booking will be subject to a 10% service charge.
- Tickets are valid for 12 hours from the time of entry. Overtime will be charged according to the store's standard rate. All payments must be settled in-store every 24 hours.
- You must wear a bathrobe when entering the shop, and it is not allowed to bring any clothing into the hot spring pool.
- Infants under 1 year old can enter for free; children 1 year old and above pay the same ticket price as adults.

- Upon entering the store, please keep your personal wristband safe. This wristband is the unique key to your locker, and the two are exclusively paired. Losing the wristband will render the corresponding locker unusable, requiring a new locker. This deposit will be used to cover the replacement cost.
