• Other actions that may cause inconvenience to other customers or neighbors

Q. Are seats or locations assigned?
A. The "Non-reserved Area within Nagisa Park (East Side)" is a free viewing area, not a reserved seating area. Please view from the lawn, rocky areas, etc., within the area covered by the Picnic mat provided upon entry. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in being considerate of other visitors so that more people can enjoy the viewing comfortably.

Q. What time can I enter?
A. Customers who have purchased a "Fast Pass Ticket" can enter from 12:00, and customers who have purchased a "Regular Ticket" can enter from 14:00. *After 14:00, all customers will be allowed to enter, so even if you have a "Fast Pass Ticket," you may be guided to the regular entry area. Please note that no refunds will be given in this case.

Q. Are there any restrictions on the number of people allowed in (number of tickets sold)?
A. There is a limit to the number of tickets available for sale. Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis, and sales will end once the planned number of tickets has been reached.

Q. How do I enter the building?
A. The voucher (QR code) sent to the person making the reservation will be authenticated at the reception. Please present the QR codes for the number of people present at the time of entry.

Q. What should we do if we arrive separately to enter the venue?
A. We will send vouchers (QR codes) for the number of people in your reservation to the person making the reservation. If you will be arriving separately, please share the QR codes in advance by taking screenshots or similar methods. Please note that the Picnic mat and wristbands distributed upon entry will only be given to the number of people who are present at that time (based on QR code authentication). We appreciate your understanding. Also, due to the expected crowds at the venue on the day, it may be difficult to secure nearby seats or locations if you join later. Q. Can I re-enter after entering?
A. You will be given a wristband upon entry, so please present it when re-entering. Only one wristband (one for each person with matching tickets, based on QR code authentication) will be issued upon entry. In addition, even after securing a spot with the provided Picnic mat, the venue is expected to be very crowded on the day. When leaving your seat, please leave something that can be identified other than valuables, or take turns securing the spot instead of everyone in your party leaving at the same time. To ensure that you can view the event within the area covered by the Picnic mat provided upon entry, we ask that you refrain from using or bringing in chairs, tables, Picnic mat, tents, etc. If you bring in any of these items, they may be confiscated at the reception desk, so please be aware of this in advance. You are allowed to bring cameras, but please refrain from using or bringing in equipment that may obstruct the view of other customers, such as tripods or large equipment. If we find you using such equipment inside the venue, we will speak to you and, depending on the situation, we may ask you to leave your equipment with us.

Q. Is it possible to bring in food and drinks?
A. You may bring in food and drinks as long as they are within the limits of what you can carry by hand. However, please refrain from bringing in items that take up space beyond your seating area, such as cooler boxes.

A. Food and beverages will not be sold inside the venue ("Non-reserved Area within Nagisa Park (East Side)"). Please purchase them in advance at convenience stores or other shops near the venue before coming.

Q. How do I get to "Non-reserved Area within Nagisa Park (East Side)"?
A. It is approximately a 15-minute walk from Keihan Zeze Station or JR Zeze Station. The area is in front of the apartment building called "Rene Otsu". *The venue is in area 14. You can enter through entrance ⑦. Please note that there is no parking lot specifically for the fireworks display. Traffic restrictions will be in place on the roads around the venue, and heavy congestion is expected on the day, so we ask that you use public transportation when coming to the venue.

Q. Will the event be held in case of bad weather?
A. The event will proceed rain or shine. However, please refrain from using umbrellas in case of rain, as this may obstruct the view of other spectators. Please wear rain gear such as a raincoat while watching the event. In case of severe weather, the event will be canceled (no postponement). The decision on whether or not to hold the event will be made by the fireworks display organizers. Please check the official website yourself on the day of the event to confirm whether or not the fireworks display will be held.

Q. Will I receive a refund if it rains?
A. If the event is held, refunds will not be issued for any reason. Please understand this in advance. However, if the fireworks display is canceled due to inclement weather or other reasons at the discretion of the organizers, we will proceed with the refund process accordingly. The decision on whether or not to hold the event will be made by the fireworks display organizers. Also, please note that if the event is canceled, we will not be able to compensate for transportation costs to the venue, accommodation costs, etc.
