Purchase Notice
- This exhibition will run from June 18 to September 28, 2026.
- No baggage check-in service is provided within the exhibition area, and we are not responsible for any loss of personal belongings. Please keep your personal items and valuables safe.
- Photography is permitted at this exhibition; however, videography is not allowed in some areas. Please refer to on-site notices for details. To maintain the quality of the exhibition, the use of flash, tripods, selfie sticks, telephoto lenses, and stabilizers is prohibited throughout the exhibition area. Unauthorized commercial photography or interviews are strictly prohibited.
- To maintain a high quality of visitor experience and ensure smooth traffic flow, strollers are not permitted in the exhibition area. Please park your stroller in the designated area before entering, or use a baby carrier or other suitable means of transport. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
- There are no restrooms or trash cans inside the exhibition hall. Please use the restrooms outside the hall before entering.
- Please follow the visitor flow, exhibition rules, and instructions from on-site staff. If there are large crowds, please queue in order.
- Playing, running, eating, and drinking are prohibited inside the exhibition area. Please do not bring food or drinks into the venue. Smoking, chewing gum, and betel nut are prohibited. Selling or reselling tickets on-site is prohibited. If any inappropriate behavior is observed and warnings are ignored, the person must leave immediately without objection. No compensation or refund will be provided for the ticket price.
- Pets (except guide dogs), long-handled umbrellas, and all kinds of dangerous and prohibited items are not allowed in the exhibition area; it is forbidden to hit or touch the exhibits and display cases. If any damage occurs, compensation will be required.
- There are staff members stationed at each booth to maintain order. If you find any suspicious persons or unidentified objects, find lost items, or feel unwell, please notify the staff nearby immediately for assistance.
- If you wish to re-enter after leaving the exhibition, you can get a repeat entry stamp at the exit and queue again at the entrance. However, entry and exit are only permitted during the exhibition's opening hours on the day of the event. No separate ticket is required to purchase merchandise in the souvenir area; please proceed to the souvenir area from the exit.
- To maintain the quality and safety of the exhibition, crowd control measures will be implemented when the number of visitors reaches the maximum limit. Ticket sales will be suspended. Please cooperate with the staff and wait in line at the entrance (final entry time is 17:30).
- Please refer to the on-site announcements or official fan page for any changes to the exhibition's opening hours, content, and regulations. The organizer reserves the right to interpret any matters not covered above.
Reminders
Tickets are valid for the entire exhibition period (until September 28, 2026). Tickets expired after this period will be considered invalid and non-refundable. For refunds, please complete the necessary procedures at the original ticketing channel before the exhibition closes on September 28, 2026. Late refunds will not be accepted. Please follow the refund policy of the original ticketing channel for details. For tickets purchased as part of any package deal (including double tickets, family tickets, etc.) or participating in buy-one-get-one-free programs, all contents of the package (including tickets, gifts, and merchandise) must be intact and unused, and the entire package must be refunded.
Each ticket is valid for one person only and entry is by ticket only. Tickets cannot be reused.
Tickets are for sale and should be kept safe by the ticket holder. Tickets that are lost, damaged, punched, altered, soiled, photocopied, or torn and cannot be identified will be considered invalid and will not be refunded, exchanged, or reissued.
Children under 3 years old can enter for free, but must be accompanied by an adult with a ticket (they must show relevant identification; if no identification is brought, they will be judged based on whether they are 90 cm tall or not; age is calculated based on their actual age on the day of entry).
Those eligible for free admission should present their identification for verification by staff before entry. If they do not meet the eligibility criteria, they should purchase a ticket accordingly. Those eligible for preferential treatment (discounted tickets, priority tickets) cannot request a partial refund or additional payment for the ticket price difference after entering the venue.
To ensure clear identification by service personnel, necessary companions for persons with disabilities should enter the venue closely following the persons with disabilities.
For all package tickets purchased, please note that all contents must be complete and unused in order to qualify for a full refund. Please refer to the refund policy of each ticketing channel for details.

Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation is available for unused vouchers until 2026-09-28 (inclusive)
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
