Please arrive at the designated location 20 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time

Fruit picking will proceed even in the rain. However, umbrellas may not be permitted at some farms during rainy weather. Please bring rain gear such as a raincoat.

Please note that it may take about 15 minutes to walk from the bus stop to the fruit-picking area. Please wear comfortable walking shoes.

The factory may not be operating during your visit.

A fee of 1,500 yen per meal will be charged for any changes to the meal plan due to food allergies, religious reasons, etc., plus any difference in price. Please notify us at least 14 days before your departure date. For requests made after that, please contact us to discuss.

Delays due to transportation delays, or non-participation, will also be subject to cancellation fees. The tour will depart at the stated departure time.

If you participate with the infant (ages 3-5, preschool age) tour price, all services during the trip are included.

The bag size for the Kikyo Shingen Mochi all-you-can-fill experience is approximately 26.5cm x 15cm.

The train journey will be from Otsuki to Kawaguchiko.

Please note that the route of the sightseeing train may change. Additionally, the order of the itinerary may be rearranged accordingly. *While seating will be assigned at our discretion, you will not be seated with other passengers. For groups of 5 or more, seating will be provided separately.

Mount Fuji may not be visible depending on the weather.
