Purchase Notice
- Age limit: 4-65 years old (children aged 0-3 years old are not allowed to participate in any water activities).
- Participants under the age of 18 must have a signed consent form from their guardian and be accompanied by an adult.
- Pregnant women, those who have consumed alcohol or are hungover, and those with heart or respiratory conditions are not permitted to participate. No refunds will be issued for those found ineligible on-site. Thank you for your understanding.
- Only Japanese-language services and basic insurance will be provided throughout the trip.
- There is parking available outside "Seiso Beach" for 1,000 yen per day.
Reminders
Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: High blood pressure, Heart disease, Asthma, Pregnant women
Japanese-language service is provided throughout the entire process.
Life jackets must be worn at all times while snorkeling, and freediving is strictly prohibited.
If you are unable to arrive at the meeting point on time, we regret that we cannot change the date or session free of charge and will charge a 100% cancellation fee. Please be sure to allow sufficient time.
If the event is cancelled due to force majeure events such as weather or sea conditions, you will be notified by email. Please check your inbox.
If the rain does not affect the ship's navigation, it will still sail as scheduled even in rain. No refund will be given for cancellations due to personal reasons.
Women can participate in snorkeling and water activities during their menstrual period. However, if you are unable to go into the water due to menstrual discomfort, we regret that we cannot request a free cancellation or reschedule. Thank you for your understanding.
Winter clothing will not be provided from July to September.
Normally, you will take a banana boat to the dive site. If the tide is low or the sea conditions are bad at Sesoko Beach, you will be transported by shuttle bus to Anchi Beach on Sesoko Island instead. Thank you for your understanding.
The captain will determine the number of people allowed on a paragliding trip based on the day's sea conditions and each passenger's weight, with a maximum of four people at a time.
We will try our best to arrange for guests in the same group to fly together, but this will still depend on the wind and wave conditions of the day and the weight assessment of each guest. They may also fly with other guests or staff.
In case of sudden severe weather or deterioration of sea or wind conditions, parasailing or snorkeling may be temporarily cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Those prone to seasickness or unsure if they will get seasick are advised to take seasickness medication in advance. Seasickness medication is not sold on-site.
When taking a paragliding boat, please minimize your luggage. You may only bring a waterproof camera and bottled drinking water in plastic bottles onto the boat.
The paragliding experience lasts up to 1 hour (including preparation and waiting time), with the actual flight time being about 10 minutes.
Please wear water-safe clothing to the event and change into your swimwear beforehand.
