Purchase Notice
- Tickets that are valid and unused, issued one day prior to the designated travel date (before 23:59), are eligible for a free refund at the original point of purchase. Cancellations are not possible on the designated travel date (after 0:00). Refunds are not available at ticket exchange locations.
Reminders
Printed vouchers are not valid.
Please be sure to bring an internet-connected device such as a smartphone or tablet. Visitors without such a device will not be able to use the service.
The validity period varies depending on the ticket, please take note.
Tickets that are lost or stolen will not be reissued.
Bus validity period: Valid only on the specified participation date and for the specified bus trip.

*Once an order is placed, the flight schedule cannot be changed.
※Services such as changing bus schedules and cancelling services are not available at bus stations, bus terminals, and other ticket windows.
※No refunds will be given if you miss your scheduled departure. - When traveling by train, please use the ticket gates that support QR code readers to enter and exit the station.
*Meitetsu Gifu Station only has QR code reader-enabled ticket machines at the central ticket gate. *Meitetsu Nagoya Station only has QR code reader-enabled ticket machines at the central ticket gate and the west exit ticket gate.
—Other Information—
- If your order information cannot be confirmed due to device malfunction, battery depletion, or other reasons, you will be unable to use this service. Please pay separately for the regular passenger fare from your departure station to your arrival station.
- If the train is suspended due to natural disasters or accidents, you can use this ticket to take alternative transportation services.
- Tickets that are lost or stolen will not be reissued.
- Tickets that have exceeded their expiration date are considered invalid.

※Even if used in the recommended environment, it may not work depending on the mobile device or environment you are using. - To prevent unauthorized use, when you reactivate an e-ticket in a different environment than when you first activated it, the system will require you to verify using an OTP dynamic password. Please follow the steps below to complete the verification.
- Please enter an email address that can receive emails normally, and press the send button.
- Please check your inbox to see if you have received the OTP password email. If you cannot find the email, it may have been categorized as spam. If you still cannot find it in your spam folder, it may be due to an incorrect email address. Please reopen the e-ticket website and enter your email address again.
- Please enter the OTP password provided in the email on the e-ticket screen and click Confirm. If the password is correct, you will be redirected to the e-ticket usage screen.
Please note: Once OTP verification is complete, the email address cannot be changed. Therefore, please be sure to enter your own email address during verification.

Validity Period
- Each ticket must be used within its validity period; Invalid after expiration
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 1 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
