This itinerary is for two people only, with daily departures.
Lanyu motorcycles are for two people per vehicle. If you ride for more than the allotted time or as a single person, you will need to pay an additional fare.
Breakfast will be served at the hotel throughout the trip; however, some guesthouses may require guests to dine at external restaurants.
Taiwan Railway tickets are valid only for the day and the specific train journey. Once issued, they cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please keep your Taiwan Railway ticket safe; lost tickets will not be reissued.
The seat numbers on Taiwan Railway tickets are automatically generated by the Taiwan Railway computer system, and their continuity cannot be guaranteed. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The ferry schedule to Lanyu Island is subject to the actual announcements of the ferry company, and some itineraries may be adjusted according to the ferry schedule.
If the group is unable to depart as originally planned due to weather or force majeure, the company will reschedule the trip for another date. If passengers have already departed but the ship is temporarily unable to sail due to wind and waves, the company will arrange for an alternative trip of equal value.
When exploring a tribal village, it is not advisable to venture too deep into the traditional underground dwellings without a local guide, so as not to disturb the lives of the villagers.
The Lanyu plank boat experience is subject to availability and availability, depending on the tides, waves, and boat schedules. Our company does not guarantee whether boats will operate. Passengers must arrive at the designated location at the announced boat schedule. If you are unable to do so, please choose snorkeling instead.
For disabled persons and senior citizens aged 65 and above, the tour fee is the same as that for children aged 6-12 who occupy a bed.
Hotel/station/pier shuttle buses will be dispatched based on the number of participants, and the vehicle types will be (rental taxis, nine-seater vans, or medium-sized buses).

This is a semi-independent tour; if you have any questions, please contact the operators again before the activity to avoid delays, and please keep your mobile phone accessible.
Please be sure to present your identification at the designated counter to collect your ticket and check in 40 minutes before the ship's departure. You will be responsible for any losses incurred due to delays that prevent you from traveling.
When taking the ferry from Lanyu Island in Taitung, please be sure to bring the original copy of the document used for booking (such as ID card, infant health insurance card, passport for foreigners, or residence permit; only one is required). You will be responsible for any losses caused by discrepancies between the document you bring and the booking/invoicing information provided.
Accommodation in Lanyu does not provide disposable items such as toothpaste, toothbrush, small towels, large towels, and facial cleanser, but shampoo and shower gel are provided. Please bring your own personal items.
The ferry ticket to Lanyu Island in Taitung is a round-trip ticket. Please keep your return ticket safe. If you lose it, please purchase a return ticket on-site. We regret that we cannot reissue it.
This activity is primarily for leisure; please wear light clothing and comfortable shoes. Pack light and practical items, and avoid bringing large suitcases!
Please remember to bring your health insurance card, ID card, driver's license, personal medications, warm clothing, rain gear, and swimming equipment, just in case.
For the Lanyu trip, our company will provide a motorcycle (48 hours, 2 people per motorcycle) as transportation. Please bring your motorcycle driver's license and drive carefully in accordance with traffic regulations.
In the event of force majeure, the company reserves the right to change the airline, flight schedule, mode of transportation, or tour itinerary.
During your trip, please consider your own health condition and prioritize safety. Do not engage in high-risk activities. If you have serious heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma, or other personal health issues, please consider your own health condition and choose suitable outdoor activities. When entering coastal or lake areas, do not go beyond any dangerous areas to ensure your safety.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 31 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 21 to 30 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 11 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 4 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
