【Luggage Information】

• Maximum luggage capacity: 2 x 28 inches + 2 x 24 inches
• If the number of passengers is less than the prescribed limit, a certain amount of extra luggage may be carried.
• Passengers carrying excessive luggage or large, valuable items, such as items for moving, attending exhibitions, or valuable paintings and calligraphy, or photography equipment, will need to pay a carrying fee.

[Port Clearance]

• Please do not bring prohibited items or valuable, untaxed goods across the border.
• Please contact customer service if you require a specific port of entry.
• Children under three years old, wheelchair users, or seniors under 65 years old can use the priority lane.
• Except for the Shenzhen Bay Port (Shenzhen to Hong Kong direction), where luggage remains on board, all other Shenzhen ports require passengers and luggage to disembark; at all Hong Kong ports, passengers and luggage do not need to disembark.

Airport Pickup Instructions

• If the pick-up location is Shenzhen Airport or Hong Kong Airport, please fill in your flight arrival time and note your flight number and whether you have checked baggage.
• If passengers choose the sign-holding pick-up service, the driver will wait for them in the airport arrival hall holding a sign with the passenger's name on it.

[Additional Fee Notice]

• Additional stops. An additional stop will be added on top of the direct route, with a charge of RMB 100 per stop.
• Waiting time may be exceeded. Waiting time is 30 minutes before boarding, 15 minutes at additional stops, 30 minutes at border crossings, and 90 minutes after aircraft dock at the airport. A fee of RMB 200 per hour will be charged for exceeding the waiting time limit.
