- The Canyoning Family (Parent and Child) Smile Course is a condensed version of the regular half-day course, making it a great course in both price and content. You'll definitely get to experience the classic activities of floating down the river, diving, and sliding down the slide. Even those who aren't confident in their physical strength can participate with peace of mind. In addition, both the general course and the family course are accompanied by a guide, so you can be sure of detailed attention.
- Gather three people and the price will be a smile
- For 1-2 people, the cost is 7,500 yen per person. For 3 or more people, the cost is 7,000 yen per person. [Example 1] For 2 people, the cost is 7,500 yen x 2 people = 15,000 yen. [Example 2] For 3 people, the cost is 7,000 yen x 3 people = 21,000 yen. *There are no discounts based on the number of people applying.

What You Can Expect
Duration: 3 hour(s)

- Gather at the Tripper Canyoning Base. First, check in, get a briefing, use the restroom, change into your special gear, and let's head to the river!
- Let's listen to the safety talk. Once you've properly put on your canyoning gear, we'll give you a safety talk to help you enjoy the river safely. Listen carefully and have fun!
- River floating experience. The tour is finally starting! First, get completely immersed in the water to get used to it, then ride the current and go downstream. It's much easier to float and move using the buoyancy of a life jacket than to walk in the current!
- Connecting River Flow. Let's float down the river together as a family.
- A slightly more intense floating experience. Once you get used to it, try floating down the river in a place with a faster current.
- Slider ①. First, the standard butt slide.
- Slider ②. Headfirst slide is an exciting slider.
- Rear slider. A rear slider that's full of excitement.
- Let's take a commemorative photo. Let's take a commemorative photo while we take a break.
- The finish line is almost in sight. Come on, let's push ourselves a little harder and reach the goal!
- Let's lie down in the river. It's nice to just relax and lie down in the river.
- Diving Challenge. Choose a height and jump from a place that you find enjoyable.
- We reached the finish line safely. We had lots of fun and made it to the finish line safely. After returning to the meeting place and changing clothes, we're free to go home. Thank you very much.

Regarding cancellation of the event:
- We have clearly defined cancellation criteria. [Cancellation Criteria] If a heavy rain or flood warning is issued for the field where the event is being held. We will contact you in advance if there is a possibility of cancellation, to avoid having to gather at the site on the day and then have the event canceled. If the event is canceled before the program has begun, we will refund the full participation fee or reschedule the event. Because this is an outdoor activity, we may be forced to cancel the event on the day or midway through the program due to sudden, unexpected weather changes. In such cases, accommodation and transportation costs will be borne by the guest. Please note that if the program is canceled midway, we will discuss refunds depending on the circumstances. If you plan to stay the night before, please contact us in advance. If cancellation is expected, we will contact you the day before. (We generally contact you by the night before.) If it is difficult to make a decision, we will contact you on the day of the event to let you know whether it will proceed or not, before your departure time. *In such cases, we will ask for your contact time in advance.
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- [Participation Requirements] Participants must be elementary school age or older and in good health. (Most participants are beginners.) The most important thing is to have fun. *Participants under 18 require a parent/guardian's (supervisor's) signature, but parental participation is not required. *Pregnant women, those who have consumed alcohol before canyoning, and those with severe hangovers are not permitted to participate. [Tours held in rainy weather] However, the tour may be canceled for safety reasons due to sudden weather deterioration. In this case, we will refund the full participation fee. Please note that we cannot cover transportation costs or other expenses in this case. Thank you for your understanding. [Insurance] The outdoor insurance provided is only personal injury insurance, and the amount of compensation is fixed. We cannot provide any compensation for damage or loss of personal belongings (glasses, contact lenses, accessories, cameras, etc.), so please manage your belongings and take responsibility for them. Also, as accessories (including watches) can cause injury, please remove them as much as possible.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
