Regarding cancellation of the event:
- Please note that the tour may be canceled due to bad weather or other reasons. In such cases, we will not compensate for transportation costs to the tour location.
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- ・Due to weather or circumstances at each facility, we may not be able to guide you as planned. ・Costs other than the taxi fare (meal costs, entrance fees, and other miscellaneous expenses) are not included. Please prepare these separately. Prices are current as of April 1, 2023. ・If you eat during the course or extend your visit, additional charges may be incurred on top of the required time and charter fare. ・Fee may vary depending on the pick-up location.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 15 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 14 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 0 to 0 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
