- We want you to enjoy the magical scenery during winter rafting. Let's play together in the powder snow unique to Niseko, a heavy snowfall area. Winter rafting involves drifting down a river in Hokkaido during winter on a boat. You will wear a professional dry suit, so you won't feel cold even if it is snowing. You can stay warm by wearing jackets and using heat packs inside the dry suit to fully enjoy the winter river. It is sure to be a memorable experience in Hokkaido!! Why not spend a wonderful time with our experienced and friendly guides? ～Itinerary～ ① Reception and restroom break (10 min) ② Putting on dry suits, boots, gloves, helmets, and life jackets (15 min) ③ Transfer to the river by car (15 min) ④ Safety briefing at the river (10 min) ⑤ Rafting experience (60 min) ⑥ Transfer back to the company by car (15 min) ⑦ Returning rental gear, changing clothes, and viewing photos while having warm drinks (20 min) 【Minimum participants】4 people

What You Can Expect

- 00:00Reception & Preparation. Upon arrival, please proceed to the reception desk. You will be asked to fill out a participation consent form and complete the payment. Afterwards, you may use the restroom and get ready.
- Put on dry suits. Once reception and preparation are complete, we will put on our dry suits! You can wear them over warm clothes or jackets, so please come dressed warmly!
- 00:00Transfer. We will travel to the river by car! During the ride, the guide will provide safety instructions, so please listen carefully!
- Board the boat and depart! We will head out onto the river! Enjoy rafting while taking in the magical scenery!
- Landing for tea time. We will land on a sandbank midway through to enjoy some warm drinks and snacks. You are also welcome to play in the snow on the secluded sandbank!
- Transfer. After the rafting is finished, we will return to the base by car.
- Return equipment & Dismissal. Please return your dry suits and other gear before we dismiss. We will send you the photo data, so please register your contact information for delivery.

- Question 1: What are the participants' shoe sizes?
Regarding cancellation of the event:
- The tour may be canceled due to bad weather or other reasons. In such cases, we will not compensate for transportation costs to the tour location or other expenses. We ask for your understanding. The tour will proceed if it snows. It may be canceled if it rains. In the event of a heavy snowstorm or typhoon, the guide will check the river conditions in advance and will contact you the day before or on the day if the tour is canceled.
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- Pregnant women and those who have been drinking alcohol are not allowed to participate. Elementary school students cannot participate alone, so a parent or guardian must accompany them. Middle school students and older may participate alone, but we ask that parents fill out a participation consent form in advance. If you contact us, we will send you the data in advance.

Participant age: 6 to 80 years old
What to wear and bring: You will need to wear a dry suit. Wear warm clothing underneath, such as a fleece or down jacket. Avoid jeans and skirts. Bring warm socks. Your socks may get wet, so please bring a spare pair.
Rental equipment: Dry suits, boots, gloves, life jackets, and helmets are available.
Travel time comment: The travel time may vary depending on the river flow.

We provide free transportation to hotels in Kutchan Town. We also provide transportation from Kutchan Station.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
