Car damage
All vehicles include third-party liability insurance, except for electric bicycles which do not require a driver's license. Third-party liability insurance does not cover vehicle damage; vehicle damage is calculated as the cost of parts + labor + shipping.
Overtime fee
NT$50/hour. A full day rental is calculated in 24-hour increments; overtime fees will be charged up to one day's rate.
Reminders
To protect your rights, if any accident, theft, or other incident occurs while renting the vehicle, please preserve the scene and immediately report it to the police. Do not attempt to settle with the other party privately, and immediately notify our company for assistance. Otherwise, you will be liable for compensation.
If you are unable to travel or cancel your booking due to personal reasons or force majeure events such as weather or road conditions, you will be charged the cancellation fee according to the cancellation policy.
Taiwanese traffic safety regulations must be followed, prohibiting dangerous behaviors such as drunk driving.
