Purchase Notice

  • The travel time is for reference only and may be adjusted according to the road conditions on the day. As this is a carpooling trip, please follow the arrangement for the order of picking up passengers and wait for the driver to arrive at the meeting point in advance.
  • Free infants do not occupy a seat and must be informed when placing the order; otherwise, the scenic area reserves the right to refuse boarding and will not provide a refund.
  • If the Natural Bridge experiences temporary visitor restrictions, we will proceed to Spring Creek Rainforest Canyon as an alternative.
  • Small group tours are usually arranged in 5-12 seater vehicles depending on the number of participants (24 seater vehicles will be used during holidays or peak seasons).
  • The Natural Bridge Firefly Tour includes a roughly one-kilometer-long staircase and is quite dark, so it is not recommended for seniors.
  • The group requires a minimum of 4 people to form a group. If the minimum number is not met, you will be notified in advance before departure.

  • A minimum of 4 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 2 day(s) before the departure date

  • Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time

  • Precautions: 1. Please do not take photos or shine flashlights directly on the fireflies. 2. Please do not make noise inside the blue glowworm caves. 3. The attraction is located in a mountainous area; comfortable shoes and warm clothing are recommended. 4. The viewing area is located in a tropical rainforest; be careful as the rocks may be slippery after rain. 5. Smoking is prohibited. Fireflies are a very unique and precious species in Australia; please cooperate in protecting the local ecosystem. 6. The Natural Bridge glowworm tour includes approximately one kilometer of staircases, and the environment is quite dark; it is not recommended for the elderly. 7. The mountain path for viewing the glowworms is very complex and there is no signal. If you are not a local experienced driver, it is easy to get lost and unable to reach the destination by car. We do not accept self-driving to the scenic area and then meeting up with the guide. 8. Infants are free of charge and do not occupy a seat; please inform us when placing your order, otherwise the scenic area reserves the right to refuse boarding and no refund will be given.
