  • It takes about 1-2 months for the firing process to be completed. Once completed, you can pick up your piece at the studio at your convenience, or we will mail it to you once it is completed (additional shipping fees apply). You can create up to 3 pieces, each no larger than 25cm. *Please contact us if you would like to create a larger piece.

  • For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
