- You can enjoy a relaxing pottery experience in our spacious and bright store. Our staff will be happy to assist you, so even beginners are welcome to come along. You can create 2-3 pieces of pottery from 1kg of clay. You can also choose from 6 finish colors, so you can create a one-of-a-kind original piece!
- "Traditional craftsmen" will support your production
- Hikarikyusu employs artists who are certified as "traditional craftsmen" by the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry. These skilled artists will carefully teach even beginners, so you can create your favorite piece. You can make your piece using either an electric potter's wheel or by hand.
- After pottery making, you can go sightseeing in the Chita Peninsula
- There are plenty of tourist spots near Hikarikyusu, such as the Pottery Walk and the INAX Live Museum, so you can enjoy them before and after your experience.Centrair Airport is also nearby, so transportation to and from the facility is easy.
Even young children can do it easily once they get the hang of it.
