Regarding cancellation of the event:
- If the organizer determines that the event is dangerous, the safety of the participants will be given top priority and the event will be cancelled.

- Pregnant women and those who have been drinking alcohol cannot participate.

- The tour may be cancelled due to weather, equipment problems, etc. In such cases, we will not compensate for any expenses incurred.

By car:
30 minutes from Uenohara Interchange on the Chuo Expressway, take Route 20 toward Kofu.
Free parking available.
By train:
From Shinjuku Station on the Chuo Line toward Kofu (approximately 1 hour 15 minutes), take the Chuo Line to Torisawa Station. Approximately 10 minutes by taxi.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
REMARQUE
