With the canoe (kayak) and trekking each taking only about 40 minutes one way, the route is not too strenuous, making it accessible for beginners and children aged 10 and older.
The view from the top of the falls is spectacular
After a 40-minute canoe (kayak) ride and a 40-minute trek to the top of Pinaisara Falls, you will be rewarded with panoramic views of the blue coral reef sea, nearby islands, and the vast jungle of Iriomote. This view is a privilege reserved only for those who make the climb.

Regarding cancellation of the event:

In the event of a cancellation due to weather, etc., we will generally contact you by 8pm the night before. If the weather suddenly changes late at night, we will contact you by 8am on the day. *In this case, no cancellation fee will be charged. *Please note that if the tour is cancelled after it has started, no refunds will be given.

How to Get There

・Meeting Time: 9:30 ・Meeting Point: If visiting from Ishigaki on a day trip, please take the 8:30 ferry bound for Uehara. We will be waiting at Uehara Port holding a sign that says 'Iriomote Jungle Expedition'. For guests staying on Iriomote Island, we will pick you up around 9:00.

How to Get There

・For those arriving by car: Please arrive at Uehara Port on Iriomote Island around 9:00 AM and wait in front of the TV in the terminal. ・For those arriving by other means: If you are traveling from Ishigaki for the day, please board the 8:30 AM boat bound for Uehara. We will be waiting at Uehara Port holding an "Iriomote Jungle Exploration Team" sign. For guests staying overnight in Iriomote, we will pick you up from your accommodation.
