Regarding cancellation of the event:

• If the weather conditions on the day are bad and it becomes impossible to carry out the itinerary as planned, we will consult with you on the day and may change the itinerary. Please note that if the itinerary time is shortened as a result, no refunds will be given. If bad weather such as a typhoon is expected, the tour may be canceled the day before. In such cases, we will contact you by email and process a refund via credit card.

Other important points to note:

• If the confirmed itinerary includes paid entrances or boat trips, you will be responsible for these costs. Please note that these are not included in the price. (Payment must be made on-site.) A car is required as walking is not possible outside of the Fukura Port and Fukura town area. On the application screen, you can choose between personal car, rental car, taxi, or walking. If you choose a taxi, please make your own reservation and arrangements in advance. Please note that if you choose walking, this tour will only cover Fukura Port and Fukura town. In the suggested itinerary, transportation to Uzu-no-oka and the Onaruto Bridge Memorial Hall will be by car. The guide will travel in a separate car and meet you there. (The same applies if you are traveling to locations not included in the suggested itinerary.) Public transportation (buses) is not well developed, and using buses during the tour would be inefficient, so bus transportation is not permitted. Some entrance facilities and boats may require a guided tour. In such cases, please note that you will be responsible for the guide's costs. This will be discussed with your guide in advance. (If you stick with the model itinerary, there is no fee for the guide.)
